Our Products

Our goal is to produce the highest quality products and 100% customer satisfaction. Colors might differ slightly from the photos on this website. Products should be used as directed and as decorative items only, not as toys.

Although our Kids Wall Murals are water resistant, we do not recommend their use for bathroom decor. The humidity may cause the double sided tape to come off the wall.

Returns

If you received a damaged piece and wish to replace it, just mail the item back to us within 15 days of posted ship date, to the same return address on your shipping label, and Pink&Blue Kangaroo will replace the item at no cost to you. Pink&Blue Kangaroo will not be responsible for the shipping cost of any product from the customer to us. We will not accept returns on any personalized items due to misspelling if the customer provided the misspelled name. Make sure you have the correct name before finalizing the purchase. 

Refunds

Pink&Blue Kangaroo will refund 100% of product value including taxes, if applicable, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please mail the entire order back to us with 15 days of posted ship date to the same return address on shipping label. Partial orders or individual items will not be refunded (see return policy option).

Shipping

Pink&Blue Kangaroo ships merchandise via USPS Priority Mail to locations only within The United States territory. At this time we do not take international orders.

Pink&Blue Kangaroo is based in Liverpool, New York. All orders shipped to New York state will be charged 8% NYS Tax as required by law.
