Is your paint safe? TOP
Yes, the paint and ink used to produce our pieces are lead free and kid friendly.
Will the double sided tape damage my wall? TOP
When removing the pieces from the wall use a razor blade and run between the piece and the wall, then remove the leftover tape from the wall by rubbing with your fingers.
Can I reuse the pieces in another room? TOP
Absolutely, just remove the pieces carefully following the instructions above and reapply new double sided tape to the back of the pieces.
How should I clean the pieces? TOP
You should a dry or damp cloth (with water) to clean the pieces on the wall. DO NOT USE chemicals or anything abrasive.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the product? TOP

Can I mix and match the items and create my own wall kit? TOP

I've placed an order, how long will I wait before the order is shipped? TOP
It takes 2-3 weeks to process the order.
Once I place my order, can it be changed or cancelled? TOP
Sorry... because the orders are usually personalized we do not keep stock of any item, and to meet our shipping deadline we start orders as soon as they come in.
Can I change the color of a product? TOP
Because Mural Kits and accessories were designed to coordinate with each other, changing colors is only allowed on selected items, these items will have a "color key" that will ask you to type in the color of your choice should you decide to change it.
